But the Edmunds' site shows a 1300 cash incentive to the deal for Pittsburgh I don't know how an incentive works.   There is an ad in the Sunday Paper for the deal KennyRoss 19,099 for a LE. The find print it says that includes active military discount of $400. It's no clear if it includes the destination. They say they also want an addition 100 fee for doing the paper work.

Replying to: goheels2 (Dec 08, 2008 6:50 pm) believe the only Toyota dealers who are doing the $1500 rebate right now are the ones on the East Coast who get their vehicles from Southeast Toyota (a big distributor for Toyota Inc.)   No, parts of the Midwest have the $1,500 rebate also. Easiest way to check is Toyota.com, and enter zip code.

I paid $26,600 for a 2009 XLE V6. purchased in MA. I think I got a pretty good deal.

When Edmunds has "Incentives Available" at the bottom of its pricing information, does that mean that the incentive is additional to the TMV shown, or does the TMV already include it?   When there is a cash rebate, Edmunds shows the TMV, then, for example, "- $1000" below it, then the reduced price that includes the cash rebate. With a dealer incentive, it just states that the incentive is available, but it's not clear if the TMV is including that already.   Thanks. Replies to this message: kyfdx (Dec 12, 2008 7:48 am)
