I have spoken with dozens of dealers, and generally the default starting point for negotiating any 2008 Camry is $4K below MSRP; adding options ala carte (as opposed to in a package tends to inflate the number.   Regardless, it seems like a good price.

The paint sealant would be a waste of money. The car is already warranted for rust for a long time   You could also pick up a spare set of tires with alloy wheels on ebay for $400.
