Well, per edmunds for a '08 Camry XLS 4cyl 5A
MSRP------------Invoice
National Base Price $25,000------------$22,250
LA Leather Package $1,050------------$840
VS Vehicle Stability Control $650------------$520
HD Heated Front Seats $440------------$352
Destination Charge $660------------$660
Total with Options $27,800------------$24,622
So, if s/he can get for 21K +TTL, it's close to 4K off.

There's Edmunds, and then there's what dealers are selling them for. I have spoken with dozens of dealers, and generally the default starting point for negotiating any 2008 Camry is $4K below MSRP; adding options ala carte (as opposed to in a package tends to inflate the number.
Regardless, it seems like a good price.

If you know you're only keeping it three years then all the add-on's are wasted money. Keep your car clean and waxed to increase resale. The paint sealant would be a waste of money. The car is already warranted for rust for a long time
You could also pick up a spare set of tires with alloy wheels on ebay for $400.

How many miles does the car have on it? Is the car a demo? What features does it have? That sounds like an awsome deal , I think you should go for it.

It does not look like a demo, 10 miles on the clock. This one is dark blue, the same features listed a few posts above. I was ready to buy, but the ugly color really bugged me. I don't know if I should shed that much money and then feel bad later.

Does this vehicle have bluetooth, nav, etc. The dealer might not give you the same deal for another color if he has to get it from another lot. On the other hand you are going to be driving this car, so get what makes you happy.
