A reporter would like to speak to owners who purchased a Honda or Toyota but didn’t consider purchasing a domestic vehicle (specifically Ford or GM vehicle). Please respond to ctalati |

Hi. I'm in the hunt for a TCH in the Wash DC/metro area. The best I've been able to do is about 450 over invoice. I had one dealer at invoice, but I didn't care for the color. Anyone done any better? Yes, I've checked Fitz so I have a general sense of what their prices are. In reality, prices in this area are all over the board. Had quotes of MSRP all the way down to invoice. And a range of really great salespeople all the way down to complete and utter arrogant *s. Crazy market on the 07s right now. Thanks.

Hi. I'm seriously thinking of buying the base model of LE V6 in Seattle. If anyone recently bought one, could you tell me the price/quote/dealer, etc? If not, anyone know which dealer 'might' have the best price in town? Thanks. |

Replying to: jjyang (Jul 18, 2007 4:31 am) When the 08s hit the lot, they will be going for MSRP, maybe higher (if the price of oil, and therefore, gas keeps going up). And I doubt whether there will be many deals on the 07s. These cars are simply hot right now. |

Locally (Portland, OR area) there are a few loaded 2007 TCHs on the lots but no basic models (I don't want NAV, leather, or even the moonroof -- I'm tall). Seems to be the opposite of what I've read of people's experiences on this site. Anyway, I've reserved a basic Barcelona Red 2008 TCH, due at the end of August (if the earthquake doesn't delay it). Still in time to get at least some Federal tax credit. They don't have the pricing yet, but it will be a little below 2008 MSRP. |

| Got an offer of $28,600 (not including TTL) for a loaded TCH, with the NAV, moonroof, leather (but not the 50th anniversary). MSRP is $30,900 or so, invoice is $27,500. How is this deal? | |
