Working with them I was able to get my TCH EARLY (May5th) in time for the WV state tax credit. They also had it in my hands within a few hours of the truck dropping it off at the dealership and offer a "Free Tires For Life" program. |

| yup, as i feared they wont change my car, but all they will do is just bring it over a body shop and align my bumpers, How I wish I just bought the HONDA, I never had this problem with Honda.... Do you guys know what do I have to ask for all of this pain and sufferings??? | |

just another heads up on my situation for those who custom ordered a camry...i ordered a camry aug 14th and it came in oct 9th. Went to the dealership to pick up the car, and noticed scratches all over the car, not to the paint, but in the clearcoat. Apparently when they were waxing and buffing the car for delivery, something got on their mitt or glove and scratched up the finish. I was told they could fix this, and agreed to come back the next day. Upon going back, the scratches were less visible, but still there, along with a new series of scratches by the grill. With these issues, didn't buy the car, as I wanted one without these scratches. After thinking for a day, went back and re-ordered another camry, same specs. Told around 2 months wait, perhaps less, so we will see what happens. Toyota came through with my order, if only the dealership didn't mess up the paint finish while preparing it for delivery. Worse for them, and I have to wait another few months, but I want a quality product when I'm buying anything, much less a car.
