Camry Hybrid - SoCal - Out the door price by keanegirl76

I did some homework for the Toyota Camry Hybrid by pricing the car on Costco and Consumer Reports. This was my first new car buying experience and it was great - no hassle! My '94 Corolla can now retire

Visited 3 Toyota Dealers that day from 9am (quote from Longo - $29k out the door, the other quote ridiculously high). Those 2 dealers said it was impossible to sell the hybrid less than MSRP. I went with the 3rd - the one that made it happen, signed paperwork 6pm.

The final deal:
MSRP - $26,679 ($580 delivery fee + $199 carpet mat set)
My price - $24,771
Out the door - $26,999 (incl. taxes/license/reg. fees)

They had ~8 in stock (all with no options) at that time, which was over 2 weeks ago. Filled up my first tank of gas yesterday after 530 miles!! Wuhoo!

That seems like a nice deal. I think the base models aren't sought after as much as the loaded ones.

I got a quote on a 2007 Camry LE 2.4L with no addtitonal options for $19600 excluding destination fee, tax, tag and title. Is this too high? What did others pay for this?

Invoice on this car in the Mid-Atlantic area is $19,316 including the destination fee. Fitzmall sale price for this car is about $400 above invoice, plus $100 Documentation. TTL is after you get the car out the door.

2007 Camry LE 2.4L no extra options

Edmunds and a few other sites list an invoice price of $18348 plus $580 destination for a total of $18928 excluding TTL. Is the amount listed on these sites inaccurate? If so, why? Does the invoice price vary by region?

Why Camry SE V6 is more expansive than Acura TL? by jbl8

I don't get it!!
In NJ, I got quote for Acura TL for less than $29500 - which is V6, sunroof, leather; Honda Pilot for less than 25900 - which is V6 sunroof, leather, 4WD -- why SE V6 Camry is more expansive than the Acura and 4WD Pilot?

Something is wrong here, folks! Are dealers posting misleading messages here?

Please post your good deals on SE V6 here.

This has been discussed many times. Read the small print on the Edmunds site.

This is a test.

keanegirl76,
That is a great deal for Socal. Can you tell me what dealership you got the car from?

Tonight I just ordered a SE V6 with NAV, Sunroof package, Leather package, traction control, spoiler, floor mats for 28,100.

I thought this was reasonable...Probably could've haggled for another few hundred off, but I was tired of playing around. I liked the sales guy, so maybe he made a few bucks off me...

Can't wait for it to show up, they say about 6-8 weeks...I'd be surprised to see it within 12 because of the NAV on it.

Anyone order a similar car with NAV? How long did it take to get it?
