Replying to: cdallen (Apr 27, 2006 8:31 am) I got 19400 deal for LE auto 4cyln. It includes mats and electrochromic mirror ( worth atleast $120), from right toyota. he is asking 389 for doc fee. which is high compared to others and he told me OTD price would be between 21500-600. I did not ask for 400 rebate for recent college graduate yet. Is this good deal? I am planning for test drive in different car to test for slight jerk.

After sending email inquiry to ~10 Toyota dealers, the best quote I received was $19219 for a Camry LE with a set of floor mats (MSRP $21279). In the second round, several dealers agreed to match the price but none was willing to beat it. So I decided to have my transaction done with the original best bidder (Walnut Creek Toyota) today. The OTD price is about 21150. I was offered extended warranty for $780. Is it something worthy? But I took their offer of prepaid autocare program for $950 anyway. Sounds like a good deal.

Replying to: benboo (Apr 29, 2006 10:10 pm) hey you got good deal. One dealer offered 19400 ( including floor mats and electrochromic mirror) I looked at the price of mirror it is $120. so If I remove that invoice would be 19280. your OTD price is also good. How much they charged for document fee, license fee and tax.

I have to agree with lahermo...I am in Georgia. Went to a dealership named Sandy Springs Toyota. Went in with a check from Capital one, determined to buy a Camry. The experience was so bad, its unreal. Just got up, left and decided to never ever go back. The salesman must have emailed 10 times. Just politely refused. If any of you guys are thinking of buying at this dealership, be very careful during your visit and purchasing.
