#2894 of 3489 Best Price Price and Dealer in San Francisco
Jan 23, 2011 (9:03 am)
I want to buy a 2011 Nissan Altima 2.5S with convenience package. I get quote from zag.com for $20,425 before TTL (include $1250 incentive). This is about $2000 below invoice or $3500 below MSRP. Is this a good price for San Francisco area? So far I have not gotten any dealer to offer me this price.
What is your experience for getting good price for Nissan Altima in San Francisco and which Nissan dealer you have good experience with?
Thanks so much for your Help!

This seems to me a very good price. Can you tell me which dealership and the region this price is offered? I was quoted similar price for 2.5S with just the convenience package (no convenience plus or alloy wheel) in San Francisco area.

I'm getting a 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5S with Convenience package for 20k.
Is that a fair price?
edit: thats 20k +ttl extra.

Is that 20K out the door, or just the price of the car without anything extra? If that is just the car, not including tax, fees, etc., I think it is too high and you should negotiate. I got a 2010 with convenience and convenience plus and a few extras like tint thrown in last August for 20,200, but 22,000 out the door. That was when the 2010 was still the newest car available.

#2900 of 3489 2011 Altima 2.5S Fair Price

I've been back and forth with a local dealer in Houston on the purchase price for a 2011 Altima 2.5S with basically no options on it.
The lowest I have been able to get them to go so far is $19750 + TTL. Should I be talking to a different dealer or what? I feel like I should be at least able to get a convenience package additional at that price. Am I expecting too much?

I think the price is high but I don't know about Houston. It seems the price in TX is usually higher than other part of the country.

That is too high, and I am in Dallas. You need to go on the Internet and contact some Internet sales people at other dealerships. You should definitely get a much better price for a base model or get options at that price. You will get better prices from the Internet sales guys than the floor sales guys.

What pricepoint w/convenience pkg & CVT? MSRP $25,400, also considering Accord Coupe. Will travel up to 200mi. for best price.
