Replying to: skp799 (Dec 23, 2008 11:54 am) He basically took the invoice price 22000 - 608 (dealer holdback) - 1500 (rebate) + 230 (internal dealer cost) + tax (6%) + tags (200) = 21470. I have also done some calculations (plenty of websites, bankrate.com) and found that the 0% financing over 3 years saves you about $1200 in interest compared to getting the rebates. Yes, your payment is higher but you pay off the car in 3 years  0%.

This does not seem competitive. Or perhaps I am missing a few details? What is your take on this offer? 2.5S with conv package + mats + guards + tax (6.5) and all fees = 23K financed at 0% over 3 years. |
