I live in PA and got an internet quote from a dealer in NJ for $26,250.
I then went to a local dealer in PA, telling them I had a quote from another dealer and wanted their best offer (I didn't show them the other quote), They came back with $27,150. I then told them what the other offer was and they said they'd match it. These offers did not include the add'l $500 rebate that just expired yesterday. You'll have to see if Hyundai comes out with anything else for June although it's not looking like they will.

Good deal except for the optional doc fee of 149

I purchased a 2013 White Sonata GLS with the preferred package for $23,000 out the door including tax/license/fees in Orange County, CA. I feel ripped off now since I saw some of you bought the limited for $25

So I am looking for a sonata, for now is the SE.
any advice on pricing and what to expect.
I currently own a Mazda cx7 GT AWD, so I am going from AWD to fWD.
its more a matter of saving gas than liking the car. I love my mazda but I need a car thats more fuel efficient.
i am willing to check out NJ if the deal is right

where in PA do you live? I can give you the name of the salesman I used.
As for pricing, I would not pay more than 90% of the MSRP on a higher end Sonata but I doubt they're dealing that much off sticker on the base model GLS's. Also, if you're financing the car, they have a special for the month of June (0% financing for 36 months PLUS a $500 cash back). That's a great bonus.

Check with Towne Hyundai in Denville, NJ. Haven't bought a car since '07 but they blew away the CT dealers at the time. '07 Sonata was $5400 under retail before TTL & dealer fees. Almost $4,000 under after those fees & 6% CT sales tax. Several of us bought from them within 6 or 8 months. It was different times but they offered much better prices at the time.
