Did anyone bought from FAIRFAX Hyundai? by aalsherri

Fairfax Hyundai advertised price is very attractive. I called them today and they told me the document fee is $385 which is high but still a good deal when it comes to the OD price. They said you just pay the internet special price plus document fee and taxes. There are no hidden fees.

***not sure exactly how much under invoice I really got it for because i never asked to see the invoice, I worked the final deal over the phone, but the same vehicles invoice I saw at my local dealership was 24,900, so around $1500 under, but I see some invoices on this forum that are lower than that (and according to edmunds invoice is ($24,984) **

I ended up buying it from an upstate NY dealership in Syracuse area instead of going to NJ to save a few hundred maybe. Anyway I look at it I LOVE the car and thank everybody here for their great feedback and help along the way!

Take a look at Manassas Hyundai. They are very comparable as well and I felt I got a better deal from them than I would have at Fairfax Hyundai. They gave me their Internet price, plus since I went through CostCo Auto Buying service, they also waived the doc fee, which was $349.

Neither Manassas or Fairfax include the vehicle destination fee in their Internet Price so that would also be additional, although they both include it in the MSRP listing of their vehicles.

If the MSRP for the vehicle you got was $26,125, I believe that vehicle was probably from before the price increases by Hyundai. That's why the invoice that Edmunds is showing you is different than what you might see on these forums.

The window sticker showed a MSRP of $19500 of just the car. Wonder what that is?
Because the manufacurer's MSRP is $19900 for the GLS PZEV 5A, no? While the GLS manual transmission MSRP is $18700. So wonder where the dealer got the 19500 from. Any ideas?
