Replying to: bhmr59 (Jul 26, 2008 5:44 pm) I think this car doesn't seem to be selling well because I may have test driven the exact same one when I was just looking around about a month or so ago. It's the only manual transmission Sonata on the lot, so I'm not sure if that gives ME the bargaining power or the dealership because it's such a rare breed. I would much rather drive the manual transmission car, but want to make sure I can use that to my advantage regarding pricing. |

Replying to: 2002slt (Jul 22, 2008 6:40 am) I did get offered $10,500 for the car on Friday from another Hyundai dealership with what appears to be a REALLY good deal on the new 2009. I should know in a day or so if this deal is going to happen. I'm just waiting for the bait and switch at the last minute. |

The invoice on the car was as follows: MSRP $26,150, destination charge $695, mats $90 - Total $26935. I noticed that somebody else mentioned that they paid $24,100 with blue tooth and navigation. Extrapolating for the add-ons, seems like I should expect to deal around $22.5. Thoughts? nphpd - you seem to know this stuff. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
