Key's service department is no problem, as you may know. When my business bought an '07 Sonata in Feb last year, my brother test drove one from Key in Milford. The sales attitude was a bit better than Bridgeport. The sales man told him that they might be able to go as low as invoice at the end of February. I forget what the rebate was at that time, but we got the car from Towne at $4400 under invoice including dealer discount, rebate & $500 owner loyalty. (It may have been $2K rebate & $dealer price $1900 under invoice). |

Just picked up a Deepwater Blue 2008 Sonata Limited w/ sunroof, floor mats, and cargo net. MSRP including optional features was $25,880. Out the door (OTD) total cost was $20440. This was in Virginia.

The local dealer...the fifth largest Hyundai dealer in the country...has only a handful of '08 sonatas left,,,,BUT has almost a hundred '09s in stock. Wouldn't doubt that with the present credit crises coupled with the fact that so many took advantage of the large rebates with the '08s that the demand for '09s will be on the low side and that Hyundai will then be offering good customer incentives by June.

Was quoted 16700 OTD on a 2008 Sonata today. This doesn't include a popular equipment package. Can I do better?
