I may have her ask about the advertising fee but she probably doesn't feel like it. She is burned out from the whole buying process. Thanks for your help. |

I have been looking for a Sonata 2005 GL 4cy. automatic with package 2. Today, I visited one of dealer shops around boston and they suggested following (including tax, docs and plates). (1) $229 * 60 months with $5000 down payment (2) $289 * 60 months with $2000 down payment Because I don't have much credit history in USA, they gave me 5.9% APR and 1750 rebate from MSRP. But the price seems too much for me and one of managers was nightmare (Also, they don't have color I'm looking for). Does anyone have better offer than mine around boston area? Please give me suggestions. Thanks

Replying to: ohzzi4 (Jun 10, 2005 9:12 pm) The local yocal I tried to buy from thought he had a "homerun" because I was referred by someone who leased a car through him. All he wanted to do was play with the numbers to make the monthly payment "X", even checking to see if 60 months could become 63 months. Add 3 months of payments and see what the salesman expected me to pay. Salesman wouldn't give me a price for the car. After wasting 1.5 hours of my time, I left. That was on a Tuesday. On Thursday I made contact with a salesman in Naple, FL.. He was tied up with end of month stuff & said he'd fax me a price on Monday. Monday morning, around 10AM I had a faxed quote. Within minutes the dealer called. We closed the deal over the telephone within 15 minutes. 8 days later I flew to beautiful southwest FL picked up my new Sonata GLS SV and spent a couple days visiting my parents. Round trip transportation & one night on the road was $302, so I saved about $1200 by buying in Naples rather than in CT. |

| Anybody who bought a new 2005 Sonata GLS v6 with option package 2(only ABS) recently? I'm shopping around for one in NJ and would like to get a feel for prices of cars that were sold recently. I havent started getting much response for my emails to the dealers yet. | |
