Hi everyone.

I just bought an '06 LX loaded for 18,245 before tax, title and tags. I love this car. I went to Antwerpen Hyundai on RT 40 in Catonsville, MD and had a very pleasant experience.

Cheers
Eric

Congratulations for discovering the best-kept secret in the world of mid-size autos!

Here is a link I think you will be interested in. It points to an article about what a great value the Sonata is.

Can't even find a deal below $17500 for GLS, let alone LX. Is there anybody got a good deal in zip code 18612?

Thanks a million.

Hi, I'm thinking of buying a Sonata gls v6 with premium sports package. I received a quote of 17500 + ttl, including rebate. I know I can get a better deal than that. What do you guys think is a fair deal for me and dealer? I'm in southern california. thanks in advance

I bought an LX on Tue, loaded, for $17,450 plus my trade.
I got $7,650 for my 2003 LX with 67K miles. Go for the LX loaded. Play one dealer off another. This works great. Also, call the different dealers. Don't visit them. Only visit them when you get close to the dollar amount you're willing to spend. When you get to the dealer reduce the price farther to keep you from going to another dealer.
Be willing to leave as well. As long as you're not in a hurry to buy the car, they'll call you back, most likely the next day or maybe the same day to negotiate the pricer fiurther. Good luck!

hi dcurran,

can you send me more information about your deal? It's almost mission impossible for me.

Thanks.
