I'm new, and maybe I'm overlooking something, but where are these good deals? I'm trying to buy an '06 Sonata LX right now, and could use a deal like this.   I'm in Tyler, TX, 100 mi. east of Dallas. Will drive to Houston, Ft. Worth, or Shreveport if need be.   Thanks. My best deal so far is 20,750 (before rebates) on the base LX that stickers for 23,495.   Thanks... share the good fortune! How do you like yours and have you had any problems with it? I thought it could use more headroom but guess I can get used to it.   Also are people saying that the extended warranty is none transferable in the state of Florida? My salesman said it would be in and I live in Panama City.

I am looking for the price for Sonata GL I4 with ABS in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. The MSRP is (cdn)$24,695. Does anyone know what the good price I can get in Ontario Canada? Any comments are appreciated.

After about an hour, finally settled on $20,800 minus $2500 rebate=$18,300. Plus tax and $229 in MV fees. Also gave me $10,500 for 2002 Camry. Im done! As best as I could determine, the lowest possible price to start negotiating from was $18,642, so Im pleased with this. Those claiming to get it for $17,500...I question the validity. Mine took about 6 over two days. Who did more dealing?. We all know prices are higher in NJ anyway.
