Write a letter to the owner. I was in a similar situation back in 1997 and was charged $900.00 more than the advertised price. Guy at work knew the owner and said to write a letter. I did and within a week I went to pick up the refund check at the dealership. Found out later the wife had read my letter first and she had her husband agree with her to get me the refund. Try it...worked for me. Just state the facts in a nice way and appeal to the owners sense of fair play...they'll most likely do it as a good will gesture. Good luck and let me know how it works out.
