Paid 16,200 Out the door price, including all MA state tax, registration, title and doc fee's..   Car was 14,995 with my trade (a crappy old saturn)   I think I got a fair price, since there are not as many Quick Silver SE's in the lots, as there are the GLS   Bought at Pride Hyundai in Lynn MA   Hyundai Village in Danvers MA lost a sale from me on a similar SE due to their terrible business practices. And when I read this yesterday I called up the salesman who took care of me and he said you must have misunderstood as the $2000 rebate comes off the $16,900. And also, they would have knocked the price down to $16000 and then taken off the $2000 if you had gone there in person. Hey....what do I know.... we got 2 for $14000. And evidently you didn't pay attention to them. And they are offering the rebate. I don't know who you spoke to but you didn't speak to the right person. If you had posted Suresky said the price was higher then what I quoted I would have called my salesman up and asked him if true. Replying to: schukanuoslady (Nov 02, 2008 8:47 am) I spoke with a salesperson via phone and e-mail and they had no such offer so I guess you must be working with some special. The deal you mentioned did not exist according to the person I spoke with. Unfortunately they're over 2 hours away so I'm not going to waste my time in "hopes" of getting a deal when they told me on the phone the best they could do is 16,900.00. This doesn't sound like an honest dealer if the there is such differences in pricing, unless you bought your cars during the 2k rebate period. I would be careful about doing business with them.
