What accessories and/or modifications have you added to your Envoy?

Okay, so we're on the way home from the Dodger game yesterday and my wife asks, "Can you do something to make the car accelerate a little faster?".

I guess I'll be looking to see if there are any of the standard "go-fast" mods available for the Envoy to help her out.

Anyone know if there are any air filters, intakes, headers, and mufflers available yet for the Envoy?

TIA.

Has anyone found a rubber/vinyl cargo area mat for the 2002 Envoy? (original or aftermarket?)

haven't seen any aftermarket products yet, but if any are available, my preferences would be---K&N air filter, quality dual exhaust (borla, etc.), cargo and passenger mats--for those rainy, muddy days, and some type of lift for the front---to level the stance of the Envoy from that forward slant--also would help ground clearance.

I plan to stop into a flooring store and get some black rubber matting for the back of my Envoy.
I'll cut it to fit. With all the gardening crap my wife loads into the back, that should do the job.

Hi
Here is an e-mail I received from Husky Liners. They say they are now carrying mats and liners for the 2002 Envoy. Hope this helps out. They sent some pictures and I can forward them if anyone is interested.

Hi
I have been watching your web site for a cargo liner for a 2002 GMC Envoy. Do you know if and when they will be available.
Thanks
Jim

Jim,

Sometimes our web site is slow to update. The cargo liner along with the front and second seat liners are available for the Envoy/Trailblazer/Bravada. Here are the part numbers:
#2200x—cargo liner
#3200x—front liners
#6200x—second seat liners

“x”=1 for black color liners, “x”=2 for gray color liners and “x”=3 for tan liners

Jrsces: would you please forward the photos to me at lgspenceverizon.net. Do you know if GMC offers OEM cargo liners for the Envoy?

It's like a carpet runner. It's used in industrial buildings over carpet. It comes in a roll and is cut to the length you need. Not all flooring stores carry it. It's basically the same as a rubber front door mat only it comes on a long roll and comes in different widths.
