Depends on the dealership. The one here in Lansing, MI has 5 or 6 '06 Accords. They have had them for about a week.

My local dealership in AL had three 06's in stock this past week-end. They had an EX-L in Carbon Bronze Pearl and two LX SE's in Redondo Red Pearl and Graphite Pearl. I was surprised to see them so soon. I loved the new Carbon Bronze Pearl color and the new styling. I was holding out to purchase until I saw the new 2006 models. I am really glad I waited.

At some point in your search for the best car loan, be sure to visit your own bank. If they consider you a good customer, bank financing might be the best deal........Richard

Cheap money is out there, but a lot depends on your credit rating. I keep getting car loan vouchers in the mail periodically from my credit union. The one I got today listed an APR of 2 1/2% on a five year note and was pre-approved for up to $38,000.00 - just present it the dealer after the negotiating is finished. Like the rest, it went straight into the shredder. I'm perfectly content driving my well-maintained '03.

I was at my Honda dealer yesterday to get my 05 serviced. He had one LX in silver. I like the new look on the sedan. I have the Coupe and Honda has basically taken the rear lights of the 05 coupe and put them on the sedan. There is also the change of the placement of the third brake light. I live in Tennessee and my dealer told me that dealers in this area, the Nashville area, will be at list on the 06. He said some will do the add-ons on a second sticker; then discount them which will make the price come out 300 above sticker. The cheap money with Honda is gone for the present. My salesman told me that when gas prices go up they don't offer the low interest rates because the demand is so strong. I am glad I bought an 05 in April because I don't think there is that much change in the coupe.

Almost every dealer should have at least a couple of 06 Accord Sedans in stock now. However, the prices are ridiculous!

I purchased mine at Barry's Honda in Dartmouth. After haggling with their normal salesmen and sales managers they could not go lower than $24k. The next day I used cars.com and within 10 minutes had 6 quotes via email and telephone at much lower prices, including the internet sales department at Barry's!!! I took the lowest quote and asked the Barry's internet salesperson if they could match it, and in 5 mintes I got the response that they would match it. Sale concluded. That 15 minutes I spent on cars.com and answering a few emails saved me $1,400.
