| Just purchased a new (5 miles) 2002 Accord EX-V6 Sedan for $22,300 INCLUDING rear spoiler, fog lights, wood grain audio trim, and splash guards (over $1000 of dealer installed options.) Took advantage of the 4.75% 60 month financing and zero down. | |

I am interested in 7/100 warranty. Is that useful? I quote about 860 for 0 deductable from hondawarranty.com. Is this the "official warrranty from Honda"? Is this price good? Thanks |

| I bought my used Honda last march, I am in college and just wanted a Honda, just not a new one (college students are usually broke, ha ha). So, I paid $7,ooo. It had 75,080 miles on it. Did I get a good deal?????? | |
| www.hondawarranty.com is the official site by Honda, as far as I can tell. That's a pretty good price for 7/100, I think. I bought the 7/75 one for 695 since I drive only about 8-10k a year. It's unlikely that anything will go wrong with your engine or transmission, but if it does you're covered (as long as you do your oil changes per the owner's manual and keep your records). I don't know what an engine or tranny would cost, but I bet it would be at least 3,000 (and probably more for the engine). It's quite possible to have a power window (or something like that) fail sometime in 7 years, however, and those alone probably cost something like 700 to fix. If you want peace of mind, like me, it's probably worth it. | |

| I paid $18,900 for a 2002 Accord EX Sedan, 4 Cylinder, Automatic in the NW Ohio area. The out-the-door price was $20,154.13 which included a $50 DOC Fee, $1,184.38 Tax (6.25% Rate), and $19.75 Title and Temporary Tag Fees. I also got the 4.75% Finance Rate for 60 months. Thanks to all who have previously posted their prices paid. | |
| ...is NOT an official site of Honda, just a storefront for a dealer: Curry Honda - 765 Memorial Drive Chicopee, Ma 01020, as it says on the bottom of the website. BTW - I got cheaper quotes for Honda Care warranty from the dealers that post on the odyclub.com website forum than what is quoted by hondawarranty.com. | |

What does the current inventory of 2002 Accords look like at the dealerships? How long can I expect dealerships to carry the 2002 Accord model until they run out of inventory? August? September? October? I am considering buying a 2002 Accord but am willing to wait as long as possible to get the lowest price. How much can I expect 2002 Accord prices to drop between now and when inventory runs out? |

Right now 2002 EX V6 is selling at around $21000. If you want the color you like, better hurry up. No doubt 2003 model is superb, but 200 hp on 2002 should be more than adaquate for a family sedan. If you want a nice car with a bargin, the 2002 Accord should be the right choice .... |
