I finally found a white Coupe V6 6MT today, but it was a program/demo car a manager has been driving for the last 2 months or so. It had 1,300 miles on it. Basically, the dealer wasn't willing to reduce the price because of the mileage. I wasn't willing to buy the car unless they sold it for well under invoice, being that new Accords are being bought in the San Antonio area for invoice and sometimes below. In your opinion, how much of a discount should be given because of the mileage? I'm thinking it should be significant, as I know there are people who don't like to buy cars with even 40 miles or more on them.

| I would avoid the demo and opt for a new one unless they sell it to you for a couple thousand or so below invoice. There is no telling how the car was treated during the 1,300 miles. | |

Just purchased a EX-V6 w/o NAV MSRP - $26,400 Invoice - $24,244 Price after options - $23,642 (includes protection package and environmental package that were already installed) OTD - $25,356.02 Didnt really want add ons but had no choice. ALthough the inventory listed numerous cars on the lot this was the only one we could find when we actually drove the lot. Did I get a good deal? Feedback is appreciated. Thanks. This site has been very helpful. Thanks again to everyone here. |

| Some dealers have a secondary "holding" lot where they keep excess inventory. | |

After much emailing I got a pretty good deal, I was getting an EX till my wife saw an EXL. But here is a run down. 2004 Honda Accord EXL 4Cyl, 5spAT MSRP = $24790 My Price = $21300 + $98 doc fee I also wanted a 5yr/100k Honda Care warranty so we got it down to $785.00 It's a smoking deal. Have fun! Andrew |

And if one of the dealers you called after you drove your car home had matched the price, you would have bought another one? What was the point? You already knew you had a great price. Just drive and enjoy.
