seems like the incentives on 09 accords have been extended from the quotes i'm still getting. anyone know the specifics and if they increased?

just drove home a 2009 EX-L yesterday: Listed price: $27,115 Sale price:$22,200 Tax: 8% Registration and title: about $150 Total paid: $24,126.
