This Canada 25 KM's was in the early 90's, maybe changed now. I agree that 500 miles is a drop in the bucket, but the dealer I was working with even refused to push the warranty out by 500 miles. I figure you address it with the buyer prior to making the move! |

Just bought a Black on Black 2010 Honda Accord Coupe. EX-L V6 55 years old and never bought a new car. One thing though helped a lot. Get a Carmax offer to buy!!! They matched it. Before I got that They offered $2000 LESS!! I have never found a dealer who will let me walk to "sell my car and come back" after a few hours of haggling and negotiation on the new car Paid $28200 plus $300 sales tax (capped at$300 in SC) and $119 fees. Experience was easy and professional. Classy organization. East Coast Honda of Myrtle Beach was a fantastic place to do business.Highly recommended. Like anything homework makes things easier. I had no issue paying $1200 over invoice, Bought an EW from Saccucci. F&I guy was using desperation scare tactics to sell me a $1500 warranty. Bought 84/80 Honda Care for $655. Honda is disallowing all online warranty sales after Nov 1!! I worry more about motors and electronics than powertrain. Don;t normally buy these things but 4 years wrap for $655 no deductible is reasonable. Could I have purchased the car for $500 over invoice? Probably. But My sales guy was good and the dealership was reasonable and deserved the $500 premium. I also paid them $200 for window tinting the car. . |

Replying to: jb_turner (Oct 23, 2009 5:38 pm) Where are you located, jb? What kind of deals are they offering in your area for 2010's? In my area there are LOTS of 2009's left. To me, around $29K for a loaded 2010 EX-L V6navi is a good deal. Sorry if I don't share what appears to be your desire to squeeze the last drop out of the orange.

I did not like the FI guy and bought the EW online (84/80k Honda care) for $655. He was way to pushy, pulled typical scare tactics and lied...So no bones for him...
