Nice, but it won't sway me to buy a car that I wouldn't, anyway.. I guess it is sort of a stimulus, in that it puts more money in the pockets of consumers... but, I don't see it stimulating the auto industry, specifically, at least not measurably. Also, according to what I read in the paper, it is an above the line deduction, so even those that don't itemize can claim it (which would help those in no income tax states). Now... if it were a federal tax credit.. then, we'd have something! regards, kyfdx |

Replying to: ram_mdx (Feb 12, 2009 6:16 pm) On VEHIX, the TL gives a trade in price of $27,200, with a dealer average retail price of $30,700. It's a great looling car, red in color which you don't see many of that color on the highway, and has tan interior. I truly love the car, for it's sporty look, and terriffic handling. I've own four Honda's since 1994, and presently own an 06 Accord EX V-6. I've heard some people say that a TL is a "little" up grade from an Accord. They are mistaken, for the TL is truly an up scale vehicle. However, my wife, because of her physical problem has brought me to this point. It has a 43 month bumper to bumper warranty, garage kept, and the odometer is 3100 miles. |

Replying to: gooddeal2 (Feb 15, 2009 7:48 am) The car is show room new with what I consider a great color. My only question was how to find a Honda dealer that would give me the even up trade. Also, I was told that the passenger seat on the EX L Sdn V6 w/navigation has the up and down mode. 2008 Acura TL Select Year 2008 3.2 NavSedan 4D Enter Zip Code Enter Mileage Add It UpAverage Trade-InAverage RetailMileage AdjustmentBase Price$25,475$28,975 Mileage $1,725$1,725Total Value$27,200$30,700Resources Search Inventory >> Find a Dealer >> Build >> Free Price Quote >> This info provided by:

Replying to: stripe1 (Feb 15, 2009 10:53 am) BTW, I have a G35x '08 w/ 10K miles (non-smoking, single driver), and this website says the trade in value is $27,375. However, I think 25K is more realistic b/c people can get this car new for about 30K. |
