I've got an offer for 2008 Honda Accord LX-P. 39 mos/10,000 mi lease for $245/month (tax included) with $850 total out of pocket. Is it a good deal for New York?

It would be easier to understand if it's good if you know how they calculated the payment. What is the capitalized cost and the money factor? Does the vehicle have the optional automatic transmission? Are you sure you are only going to drive 10,000 miles per year or less the entire term of the lease?
