i was wondering what you guys think would be the best price for a 4 cylinder SE automatic.... i've seen 18900 a few months ago.. anyone have better luck?

a dealer has just told me there is a 1000 dollar incentive for the dealer thats goin on... i'm in SoCal but i guess its goin on everywhere
