That might be special to the state of NC. I live in California and the dealers told me the last time I checked, rates start at around 5.6%

Does that price include taxes?. That model Accord is going for 23,600 to 24,600 depending on location including transportation (550) but not taxes and title costs. Do a search too. There are 750-1000 dealer incentives.

Yes, I got the Royal Blue one off the show floor. Floor mats were standard and I didn't press for any accessories as I was happy with the price. We LOVE the new car and couldn't be happier....just trying to keep my lead foot off the pedal so we can break it in gently.

I am offering $24500 for a EX v6 4 door. Is this good price for accord (Incl Destination) in chicago land area? I looked at the forum and looks like they are going for that price in other states.. this is a 2006 model

Needanicecar, regarding the Accord EX-L, 4 Dr, Automatic. Making any progress? I'm down to 23,200 and other dealers are saying take it, they can't beat it. Haven't talked to everyone yet.

Did you visit any other Minneapolis area Honda dealers? I'm thinking about looking at Mpls. area Honda dealers for a Accord EX I-4 and wondering if all dealers in area are ok to deal with or if thre are any I should stay away from. How was your dealing with Hopkins Honda?

Congrats, I think you got a great deal! Check out HondaAcuraWorld for accessories like the wheel locks, etc. That's what I'm planning to do.
Also, if you're interested in an extended warranty from Honda, you can get it online from a different dealer than the one who sold you the car. I'm not sure who is recommended specifically for Honda, but for Acura, the name that came up was Curry Acura - maybe there is a Curry Honda as well with competitive prices.
May you take many happy and safe journeys in your new car!
