Does anyone know what interest rates are currently being offered by Honda? What should someone with a 782 FICO store be expecting?

Thanks everyone in advance

I was told the $750 dealer cash was only good on the purchase and not the lease, and only good through the 5th. I'm about to make a deal for a lease on an Accord EX, 4 cyl for $21,380 cap cost, $1,500 total down and $259/month for 24 months. Does that seem like a reasonable deal?

if i could get your email addy i could forward it to you, but i don't see it. by the way, when i looked more seriously at accords there were several dealers in the bay area below $22k delivered for a new exl automatic. winter honda was another..just do some digging, the pricing is there as long as the incentives are there. between high gas prices and the new camry i think the accord is not moving this year.

Funny thing, as I can't stand the styling of the new Camry, and the high-gas prices makes me even happier that I got 38 MPG on my last beach trip in my new 2006 Accord EX. I think gas prices will send people looking at Honda and Toyota alike; Camry vs. Accord is personal preference however. A lot of people like the new Camry's styling...more power to them. I like the great deal I got on my 2006 Accord, and also love that I've never had a tank of gas below 27 MPG (most are around 30 MPG with mixed suburban driving with occasional stints to the high 30s and one 40 MPG tank on trips).

I'm 6'4", and the Accord was the best mileage/power/size compromise I could find. Seriously, could you see 6'4" driving comfortably for 5 hours in a Fit or Yaris? I can't even drive my girlfriend's Corolla comfortably, so a big fuel efficient car was perfect for me.

Did you see how much the big 3 sales declined in june - from 7% to over 30%. Sorry, I don't have the esact numbers. That 38 mpg is pretty good though. Your car is an auto, right? I got 30 mpg im about 70% freeway use on my first tank - a definite improvement for me compared to my 2004, which got 28mpg. I know nothing changed in terms of fuel economy between the 2004s and 2006s.

Ugh, a Corolla? My knees practically locked up sitting in the back of a Lexus IS. Nice car, but too small in the rear for me.

Yes, my car is an automatic. I didn't even try to sit in the IS250 at the auto show. I couldn't even fit too well in the TSX backseat without the front seat being pulled forward a decent amount. I'm all legs though, as my torso isn't very tall. I guess that's a good thing sometimes, since my head doesn't even brush the roof in my car with a moonroof!

The mileage listed by the EPA did not change, as you say correctly. Maybe the electronic-throttle makes things slightly more efficient than the traditional throttle? I dunno. I know I like my car, quite simply put.
