Replying to: 06vp (Mar 20, 2006 10:43 am) Thanks for the info. I talked with a dealer about the price you mentioned. But he quickly pointed out it is for a manual. So would you let me know if it is an automatic or a manual? Thanks again.

I am looking to purchase a new honda EXL V6 sedan in Palm Beach County. The internet price from local dealers is around $24,500 plus a dealer's fee of $599 and tax, tags, and title. The base price seems high and the dealers' fees are ridiculous since they do not represent any real work on the part of the dealer. Has anyone in this area found a dealership that is willing to really bargain? No financing will be involved and most likely no trade-in. Any help would be appreciated.

How could that be? The invoice price listed is 24,568 and the MSRP is 27,300. Price includes destination but NOT the 599 dealer's fee.
