| Just purchased 2006 Accord EX-L, 4cyl, auto for $22806, including destination, with trunk tray, mud flaps, and all season mats from Frank Ancona Honda in Olathe, KS via their internet service. Admin fee of $189 and taxes extra. Internet salesman was very nice, communicated professionally and respectful. They accepted a very good offer for my trade-in as well. In and out in 1 hour with no hassles. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend AVOIDING O'Neill Honda and Jay Wolfe Honda. Their sales staff and sales managers still resort to the kind of tactics that made this site so necessary in the first place. Some businesses will never learn. Thanks to everyone who preceded us with their experiences. | |

Replying to: lionfan1 (Jan 30, 2006 5:59 am) How much do you think a 6year/100k mile warranty with 100 dollar deductible might cost outside(I am assuming that yours is not honda warranty) - best guess ?

But if you didnt buy because Honda doesnt devalue their vehicles by putting on rebates and other garbage, then you need to do more research. |

Replying to: car_crazy1 (Jan 30, 2006 4:57 pm) ...not sure about 6yr/100k, but $585 gets a HC (Accord) 6yr/80k/100d probably never need it (if CU data any good).... ..so we buy a few less bottles of Crown Royal (for additional peace of mind) this year.. ..ez..

| just snagged a really good deal on a 2006 Accord LX Special Edition. Price including destination was 18,926. I ended up paying about 1400 dollars or so worth of Illinois taxes, title, doc, and registration. But this was by far the best deal I was able to get in the Chicago area. 1000 dollars less than dealer invoice! The dealer is located in Crystal Lake, IL and they were very upfront about the price, I didn't have to haggle or anything. I just asked them what the lowest price they could give me was, and they stated it right off the bat. They were really professional in completing the sale and keeping me updated. If anyone is seriously considering buying a new SE. I would highly recommend this dealer if you are anywhere in the chicago area. | |

Do you think Honda will have any discount / rebate for the Accord on March (as the new Camry 07 come out) ? Thanks,

Just got back after completing the deal and driving back the new car. Graphite Pearl Black, a beauty. Before tax (invoice , dest) 22,659 OTD: 24,267 Brandon Honda threw in wheel locks, wheel caps, mud gaurds. pin stripe paint, cargo tray/bay (~400). We went to buy a carbon bronze/black interior that was being shipped and expected in 1 week. This car was on the lot with 87 miles on it. I went there after edmunds internet qoute from Kuhns was 24537. They beat it by $70 and also reduced another 200. Highly recommend Brandon Honda. They were very professional in dealing with the whole thing. No gimmicks, no frustrations. |
