| Thanks, I looked up the fog light installation on H and A and saw the same thing. I am used to the Subaru Forester's fog lights, they have a plastic grill that goes over the assembly. I looked up the fog lights for all the honda vehicles and none of them have a grill. We thought that they look a little unfinished without a grill. They do make the accord look sportier though. By the way, honda says that the all weather floor mats are not available for the Accord hybrid, just for the Accord. The service manager at the dealership got a set for the front and they fit just fine. | |

| What speakers did you put up front? I am thinking of replacing mine. | |
| I have a 2007 Accord EX I4 auto and I'd like to replace the rear view mirror with an aftermarket auto-dimming mirror that has a compass and temperature sensor built into it. Would someone recommend a good brand? Thanks. | |
| Has anybody tried a carflector ? A plexiglass strip that protects the hood from rocks and bugs. Also protects windshield some. I drive a lot and I'm tired of all the dings on the edge of the hood. I don't like bras. I had one once and they are too much work to keep the finish nice underneath. Thanks | |
| The moonroof visors are a complete waste, IMO. It does not quiet the wind noise much at all (only up to about 60mph). It doesn't help the looks, and makes it harder to clean that area. It will only stop rain from getting in if you open the roof just a little, and if you never hit the brakes. After water gets under the visor, wind cannot blow the water off, so you have to wait until the water dries up on it's own before you can open the roof without water coming in on you. I made the mistake of buying a visor for my old car, but I didn't make the same mistake twice. | |

Replying to: boxcarracer (May 29, 2007 12:13 pm) I have been using it with a "Rhode Gear by Yakima" 4 bike hitch rack. I can see the bikes in the rear view mirror, but they don't come anywhere near totally obscuring my view. It takes up more of the rear-view mirror on our Subaru Legacy wagon, but still allows for good visibility out of the back. One of the other things I noticed is the old Accord is much narrower than the Legacy or the new Accord, so it is possible to see the bikes in the side view mirrors as well. As far as my rack itself, I would definitely pay a bit extra and get one that has some provision to fold down the arms that hold the bike frames. Right now, the rack with the arms out adds about 4' to the car, and makes parking a pain. I haven't decided if the new Accord will get a hitch or use a Yakima roof rack.

Also wondering if you have any idea if the driver seat can be turned into a power seat. Also, where'd you get the sway bar, and how much was it? Thanks!

I am picking up the 2 piece full front end mask and a set of mud-flaps for an '07 EX sedan. The car is graphite so I think it should look okay with the black bra. They are doing road construction up the wazoo around here, I don't want to spend the whole summer taking road tar off the car. |
