Gee, you should have explored the previous post. I think H & A should pay me a commission today.

Try here: H & A Accessories... Fog Lights for 01 Accord Scroll down a bit.

Their price is $94.74... still not all that cheap but they are genuine Honda parts. I have no idea if there are non-factory replacements available.

I have seen knock offs on e-bay for quite a bit cheaper. The quality may be the same, or it may be poor.

3-M Protective film by wise1

To all of you thinking about 3-M film for your hood and fenders. Its only meant for small debris such as sand and insects. IT DOES NOT PROTECT AGAINST ROCKS OF ANY Size. Maybe the very small ones. If the rock is bigger than the end of your pinky you may very well get damage as I did. Just a warning so you don't end up disappointed as I am!!! Anyone use a nosemask that didn't have to be removed when it gets wet, which is inevitable in the south??

Hitch Bike Rack: Vision by boxcarracer

I'm considering purchasing a 2007 Honda Accord, having U-Haul install a 1 1/4" receiver hitch, and using the Yakima Big Horn 4 (for 4 bikes) bike rack.

One concern I have is whether I'll have unrestricted vision out the rear window or whether it will be limited by the bicycles. Does anyone have any experience with a hitch bike rack in general or with this issue, specifically with the Accord or with a similar vehicle (e.g., Toyota Camry)?

07 VALUE PACKAGE upgrades by ldisler

For all you VP owners who want to upgrade some features do the following.
The speaker wires for both the rear and the tweeters in the dash are there. You can get the speakers from Honda and install.
If you replace the wiper switch with one for an LX you now have variable interimitent wipers ( I got one on ebay for $18).
I also got a factory rear swaybar with end links and bushing brackets and installed in 5 minutes. ( all holes for mounting are there).

I also got some factory Honda SE wheels and factory rear spoiler on ebay.
For $800 I now have a car that looks great, it has alloy wheels, rear wing and 6 apeaker stereo, rear sway bar and varible intermitent wipers.
The VP doesn't have to look cheap. The alloy wheels made a huge difference.

I have a similar Thule rack on my Mazda Tribute. I know, different kind of vehicle, but the vision is not badly obstructed.

I would recommend a 2" receiver, the 1 1/4" is not that popular.

That's good to hear about the Mazda Tribute, but the different kind of vehicle may well make a significant difference. For example, U-Haul installs a Class 3 receiver on the Mazda Tribute but only a 1 1/4" Class 1 receiver on the Honda Accord. As a result, Thule does not recommend more than 2 bikes on a hitch rack with an Accord and Yakima recommends 3 bikes at most (with the BigHorn 4, compatible with a 1 1/4" receiver). I'd love to hear if anyone has experience with a Class 2 receiver installed on a Honda Accord (so that I can carry 4 bikes w/o voiding the Yakima warranty), but it may not be possible.

Fog light question by imdragonslayer

My partner and I bought an Accord hybrid and had fog lights installed yesterday. We both noticed that there are two holes on each fog light housing and wondered if they were for a grill and if so how and where do we get the grills?

This link doesn't mention the hybrid specifically but I don't see any grills: H&A Accessories

I'm sure someone with fog lights will be along to answer your question.

If you look at the installation instructions shown on the link above (page 15 of 17 for a 06-07 4 door), the two holes are for aiming the fog lights once they are installed.
