"Leather-like" = plastic.

If you are planning to consider any type of seat cover, be extremely cautious about how it will fit around the outside panel of the seatback. That's where your side-impact airbags are located and designed to deploy from. If you block the area in any way you could be jeopardizing you life as well as that of your front seat passenger in the event of a crash.

yes, but that comparison is with stock hid's. Again, many variables that consumer report trys to account for, but there will always be nuisance variables that can't be controled. Factors such as headlight height and lense factors will effect the distance. Types of projectors will also effect the results as shown in the report when only a certain number of projectors reach 400'. I could go on, but it appears that to each his own...I'm in favor of Hid's and believe in there better performance over stock halogens. Its personal preference and with out a question, my tsx retroed camry and accord can beat the stock halogens. They would also beat most oem hid set up's in terms of color and sharpness.

True, retrofit is always better than an aftermarket kit. Yes they are usually brighter, and sharper, but distance (of low beams) is the true measure of performance.

All I am saying is, HID does not always mean better.

There has been lots of discussion on this thread: Honda Accord Audio Questions

I don't think many people are impressed with Honda's MusicLink... think that's what it is called.

2007 Accord with Navi - how to play MP3s? by yatingg

So, I've just bought a 2007 Accord w/ Navi. It comes with a 6-disc CD changer. I want to be able to have my MP3s be played from the CD. What's my best bet?

1. Take to Honda Service to have them add it on? I called them and they said it would be $373 for parts & labor.
2. What else can I do?

I don't want to tamper with the stock unit. Is it inevitable? Also, once done, I want the disc data to show in the Navigation display (folders, songs, etc). Is that going to be possible?

Anyone who has it done, please share your experience. I want to know how I should go about it.

Thanks!

You may want to read some previous posts in the audio section (click on the audio link above) or ask the question again there. I can't remember what the options are, but I think there are several choices of aftermarket products you can use. IIRC, XM may be disabled if you link to the Navi unit.

Metal Trim Kit by dairyshick

Does anyone have the interior trim kit installed? Is the trim actually metal or just metal-looking plastic, and does it fit well and stay attached?
I'm only doing the sides of the center console, the lower dashboard and possibly the vents because I already have the fake carbon fiber trim in the other places.
