Hello, I'm planning to lease Leasing 2008 Audi A4 FWD CVT with S-Line sport and Titanium package options. Edmunds show MSRP $33,475, Invoice $31,186 and TMV $32,061 for Los Angeles area. How should I go about negotiating a monthly leasing rate? One way I can think of is using the lease price offered at Audi USA website for 2008 A4 Quatro Automatic with premium package and heated front seat ($359/month + $3,184 down payment with MSRP $34,375) ) and compare the MSRP and the TMV for that model and options, and then ask for a similar discount on the initial down payment for my model. So, I should ask for a total discount of ($34,375-$33,475) + ($33,475-$31,186) or $3,189 for same lease rate of $359/month. Does this leasing plan make sense for negotiation? What are my negotiation options if I want a higher yearly allowance of 12,000 miles instead of standard 10,000 miles? BTW, Am I missing a lot by opting for FWD/CVT instead of Quatro/Automatic (I chose FWD primarily due to its slightly higher gas mileage rating)? Thanks in advance!

A national newspaper is looking to speak to consumers who recently purchased or leased a new vehicle because of a good deal they found, whether it was low APR (financing), lease specials, rebates or other incentives. Please respond no later than Feb. 19 with your daytime contact information to Chintan Talati at ctalati |

| I am looking to buy a 2008 A4 2.0T whose MSRP is listed at $33,550. It is a Quattro with little or no extras. What's a good price that I should expect to pay? I am in Charlotte, NC and there's only one Audi dealer here. | |

I am looking to for a new car (already an Audi owner of a 2007 Q7) primarily to be a station car but I also want something which is fun to drive for the weekends. I have been looking at the Infiniti G35x and the BMW 328Xi in addition to the Audi A4 2.0 Quattro. My dealer called me today and said he had a new 2008 2.0T Quattro in Brilliant Red with Beige leather, Premium package,Heated Seats,Bluetooth, Ipod and Birch wood inlays. I figured the MSRP to be $35,525. the offer was 33K. I figure with the new 2009s supposed to be coming in I might be able to get a little more off. What do you guys think? Thanks!
