Finally bought a 4x2 Limited from King Toyota in Deerfield Beach. I got kelly blue book on the trade in, which always seems lower than edmunds, but was good enough considering the tax savings. I used some of the online buying services to get quotes emailed to me and King Toyota was up front with the price which made it worth the drive to go look at it. This is after having to take money back from Kendall in Miami, who tried to give me less for my trade the day after my paperwork was done and the Sequoia was already on order. There are not too many Sequoias on the lot in Miami, so a 3-4 week wait is expected for the vehicle you want if you buy here. |

We have had our Black 2002 Sequoia SR5 4WD for 4 days, we paid $39,131, with every option except heated seats and the curtain airbags. We also got the hood protector, cargo cover and floormats. I really like this SUV so far, the feedback from the forum only reassures me that we made the right decision! |

| looking to buy a sequoia 4x4 ltd in the chicago area. my initial conversations with dealers have not yielded much success. One dealer thru autobytel is offering $2600 over invoice and another claims that his average deal is $3000 over invoice. he also insists that toyota does not give a holdback or any other incentives to the dealers on sequoias. has anyone had a similar experience? | |

I do not own a Sequoia, but I know of two individuals who have purchased Sequoia's in the Minneapolis area for $1000 (or less) over invoice. These were through credit union's using the fleet departments, but I don't see any reason why you couldn't get the same deal if you called the proper contacts at the dealers. Let me know if you want more info. It may be worth a drive up here. |

Would you mind disclosing which dealership you purchased your SUV from and what you think about the experience? I'll be in the market soon. Thank you. |

I worked the dealers back and forth by sending price quotes by email from dealer to another. Buying a 2002 White Toyota Sequoia 2WD Limited with every available option May 25, 2002 FINAL PRICE $38,000 - USED DEALER HOLDBACK TO MAKE THE DEAL AND FACTORY CUSTOMIZED. | Basically, I got a loaded SR5 last weekend, 4wd and paid $500 over inovice (yes, I saw the invoice). | |
|
|
| We just ordered an SR5 with lots of options. The best I could do was $800 over invoice through a broker. The best I could get through dealers and internet managers was $1000 over. He also got us a 5.45% loan rate. So far it has been hassle-free. Hopefully, it will stay that way! | |

|
| $194 over Edmunds invoice on a fully loaded SR5!!! What a deal!!! | |
