Okay..here's an answer (Thanks to Sylvia!) to what happened.... When the rebuilt database was swapped into Town Hall and the Subaru Crew stuff was missing, the system re-indexed and when it did this, saw that there wasn't anything matching the users subscription w/ Subaru items (since it wasn't in the system) so at the rebuild the system thought that this was "corrupt" and left them off. When I alerted tech to the fact that the Subaru Crew wasn't there, they simply copied it over from the old database and moved it into the new, but the updates to the personal files (sbuscriptions, message center, etc.) had already been done and overridden. Why didn't this affect all Subaru Crew members' subscriptions? The members who were affected were those who visited while the Subaru items were missing - the system went to update their personal files (sbuscriptions, etc.) and saw that nothing was there for Subaru so updated them accordingly. As for the AOL and IE problems that rsholland is experiencing, I don't have any info yet. rsholland, did you send an email to Edmund's Online Support? Yep, I did visit during the snafu this weekend. I normally just go to the TownHall main page and then Read Subscriptions or goto the Message Center. I found it odd that there were no messages to read, so I browsed over to the Owners Clubs/Subaru Crew and found no topics, except the linked TH ones and this particular topic (which I subscribed to immediately to find out what was going on). -Brian |

Yes, I did e-mail Tech Support, and all I've gotten back to date is a "Form Reply" which didn't really tell me anything, other than thanking me... So the long and short of it is... I don't know what's going on with them?? Just make sure that you (and everybody at Edmunds) knows—The Town Hall link at the bottom of the Home Page works fine in AOL. It's the main Town Hall link (the one with blue type with an underscore), in the middle of the Home Page that's not working in AOL. Is that link corrupt? Bob |

I have reported your problem to our Production team and QA is currently checking into it, to see if they can duplicate your problem. Please let me know if it is working correctly yet. If you or anyone else experiences any technical problems, please feel free to email me and I will direct your problems/questions to the correct personnel.
