Awesome car! I love the Granite color, never seen it on an SSEi before. Way cool. You'll love it. Be sure to keep in touch. What options does the car have?

P.S. I see you have the front license plate depression cover on. I hope you live in a state that does not require a front plate, it ruins the look. But, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Hello, mlm4.
This car has the sunroof and heated seats. In the lot it also had fabulous custom chrome wheels - I tried to get them to "throw them in" they balked and with a $1500 pricetag I made them work and put the stock back on. Sigh, maybe later.
Unfortunately, I'll have to be putting a front plate on.

Invoice is $530 and MSRP is $595. I did not order mine with them but the car came with them anyway. In 2000 the invoice cost was $500 and I really had no choice. I think they add a lot to the look and I'm very happy I was "forced" in to having them. $500 over a three year lease doesn't add up to much.

Wazooworks,

Looks good...

We have had our 2001 SSEi for a little over one year and 12,000 miles, and we still love it.

No problems yet. (Knock on wood)

Enjoy the ride.

P.S. We have our license plate cover on even though we are supposed to have a front plate.
(Don't tell any one)

(OK. It will be our little secret!)

Wazooworks said they were $1500 custom chrome wheels, which means they weren't the factory ones, which are less expensive. I hope for that price they were very, very nice.

Congrats on your new ride. Those wheels look just fine to me and with that great graphite colour, who needs flashy wheels anyway?

Thanks for the pic.

This is a new pic of what has become known around the house as "The big black car" (or grey, green, silver or brown, depending on the light). All grass is pretty much dirt color here in Colorado this year, so I chose to just park it on the dirt. This jpg's a bit of a honker so I'll only post the link.

Nice Pic. I like your pinstripe. It's just like mine. I've never seen those wheels before. Are they the standard ones for the 2002 SSEi?

Yes, smfran, those are the 2002 17" standard wheels that I dickered myself down to. I don't think I'd have it any other way.
