'03 Bluestone 4x4 V6 MSRP W\Add ons $30,116 Plus adding a Sunroof to be installed ($900.00) Total MSRP $31,016.00 I bought it for 27,500.00 before Tax&Tags Westminster Koons Toyota in Md. -Roof Rack, Daytime Lights, Heated Mirrors, Tow Prep & converter, Appearance Pkg, Convenience Pkg, Preferred Pkg, Wheel Locks & Preferred Accessory Pkg. Got 2500 for a trade in 95 Rodeo w\ Left Headgasket blown ($2000+) and estimated extra $12-$1,800 more work needed on it by my mechanic. Honda Pilots would not come down in price at all. I love this Highlander. |

| According to Edmonds I should be able to get $900 cash back on a Highlander for my zip code in Virginia. I have contacted 2 Toyota dealers in my local area and both told me that the Edmonds info. is incorrect, there are no customer cash back deals in Virginia. Has anyone else run into this problem? | |
| Hmmm...this customer rebate is supposedly good thru 8/4. However, it does vary from region to region. I would suggest you call a few other Toyota dealers in the surrounding area and see what they say. | |
| I am looking to purchase a Highlander but am spoiled by the leather seats in my current piece of junk (Land Rover Discovery-don't get one) but just don't want to spend SO much on a new Highlander with leather...am I crazy to think I can pay $22-$24 for a slightly used (less than 20K) on a 2001 or 2002? I am asking those that have done their research! I have noticed they seem hard to come by...please respond! | |

Found a Highlander Demo car V6 4WD(not Limited) with 5000 miles. If I want the car, how much usually can I negotiate, $2500 under invoice? Thanks for inputs! |
|
| I purchased a 2WD. I live in the low desert of So. Calif., no rain or snow here. | |
| Well we signed everything and were waiting for our highlander from Woburn Toyota in MA. According to them they had a swap with a dealer about 15 miles away. Later in the week the only one they could find was in VT about 150 miles away. It would have to be driven down. After not hearing from them in a week and a half we started calling and did not receive any phone calls back. Finally I asked for the sales manager and was told that they could not get the truck. We can try waiting about a month for the next shipment. What a lousy feeling to finally decide to buy and not have anything. We are told that the colors and model we want are very rare. I'm ready to start looking at other trucks or wait for the 2004. | |

For kelzone- I'm not sure if I have your story correct..but it sounds like the very same thing that happened to a friend who was buying a brand new HL in 2002...9 mo.ago. They had signed all paperwork for their new HL...and the dealer had possession of their trade-in. All was well..they thought! The dealership then realized they could not find their Red HL as promised...after waiting over 2 weeks! The dealership was great however. They gave them a 2003 instead! They were SO happy to get an '03....and the dealership did the right thing! Sounds like your dealership should treat you the same way. Good luck! |
