As I mentioned, he had everything ready for me when I arrived. I highly recommend working with Livermore. It's only a 30 minute drive from Fremont. Let's vote with our dollars for car dealerships that are respectful towards their customers.

The dealerships that I contacted are located in El Paso, TX, and Alamogordo and Las Cruces, NM. This information may help those around these areas. Rudolph Honda: Everything went as normal, we were negotiating the final price and he was willing to beat the price (before TT&L) of another dealeship; btw they had already sent me the TT&L breakdown. I was about to commit and asked the final price. Finally after 2 attempts where they pretended they didn't understand my request, they sent me the total price. It was 200 dlls more expensive than the other guys' offer. I confronted the sales manager and showed him the TT&L amount he had sent me, and proved him it didn't make sense and I wasn't saving any $ but paying 200+...his email replay was "Thank you for your interest, if you change your mind give us a call" beware of this dealership. Jack Key Honda: Great attitude from the sales guy, honest and w/o gimmicks, only problem is that it's 100 miles away from El Paso and didn't beat El Paso Honda's lowest price. Honda Borman Autoplex: inexperienced salesman (he didn't know that the Si needs premium gas), pushy, disrespectful and obnoxious manager. He was more interested on talking and pushing the sale than listening to the customer. Offered $500 dollars trade-in for my car that according to Blue Book is valued at $5000. When I was on my way out he literally threw his business card on his desk and told me to give him a call if I changed my mind. beware of this dealership. El Paso Honda: Great internet sales manager, John Hummels, honest and straight forward, if he cannot match the offer he doesn't beat around the bush and tells you. I'm buying my LX-S from them. |

My daughter bought a 2009 Civic EX 4 door sedan, with automatic, moonroof, mudflaps & wheel locks included MSRP $20,775 paid $17,775 +TT&L We had a similiar offer for a 2009 Corolla but my daughter loved the two tier dash in the Civic. We showed the Honda dealer the Toyota dealer's offer (they are practically next door to each other) and told him we would buy the Corolla if he couldn"t match the $3,000 off like the Toyota dealer. We also got the 3.9 financing for 60 months (that expires at the end of March) |
