I am very happy with the car. This is our third Civic (we had a 1986, and we still have a 1997 - which we still drive daily and has 180K miles with an original clutch!). I always thought Civics were very common cars and that it would be easy to find the combination we wanted. But, it appears that manual transmissions are only desirable by old geezers like me and it was a chore to find an LX-S with a manual in the Polished Metal Metallic color.

I'm looking at buying an '09 honda civic LX AT. Has anyone gotten or seen any good deals in Southern California (Los Angeles Area) for dealer financing or good OTD prices? thanks for the help |

In July 2008 I purchased a Civic Coupe LX in Baltimore, MD and paid $18,600 total. Was this a decent price? Also I turned down all of the dealer provided extras but now I'm thinlking that maybe I should have gotten the undercoating. Was not getting it a bad decision?
