While I do NOT have a Toyota Corolla side by side to really make this comparison, the oem recommended OCI for the Civic is at 10,000 miles. This is a good percentage better than Corolla's oem recommendations. In addition I personally run 20,000 mile OCI's. I run 5w20, 0w20 Mobil One oil. Upshot: the Civic may be cheaper to run. overall and for sure is cheaper to run with 10,000 miles OCI's with oil filter recommendations to change It is FAR away from my min 4 ea TB/WPchanges |

Rest assured, you got an incredible deal that I have no idea why any dealer would do this. Seriously. Now, enjoy your new car and quit thinking you just might have paid too much. |
