They were asking $18,500...and I got it to 17,500--now I see that may not be such a fantastic bargain after reading what others here have found...although I am in So CA and cars tend to be pricier in general out here... Thanks in advance for any guidance!!!

I emailed all dealers within 1.5 - 2 hours driving distance (20 dealers) and got price quotes. I then played them against each other and got the best price. Keep in mind, all of them insisted the car is "hot" and that they didn't have any flexibility on pricing.

And I thought though that the invoice for an auto LX was around $16,340 and MSRP is $17,760...At least that's what Edmunds site indicates (?). Is that outdated information? Thanks again!!

Paragon told me they would match a price of $23,397.98 for an '08 Honda Civic EXL/Nav. However at the dealership they added fees bringing the price to over $24,400. Even with $10K downpayment, they told me financing would be close to $500 for 36 mo at 1.9%. They presented a lease deal of 36 mo w/$3,000 down and $340 mo. payment. Please let me know what you think of this. Thank you. |
