Hello Everyone,   I have been wanting a civic, but Central Florida prices are outrageous. One delearship asked for 20k. I wanted to know if there is any dealing either in central or northen florida that has been reasonable.

Bought an LX AT yesterday at Huntington Honda (Long Island, NY) Price: $17,269.00 NY Sales Tax (8.625%) $1,489.45 NYS Waste Tire Management Fee: $12.50 (wtf?) Dealer fee for processing registration & title: $45.00 NYS Inspection: $10.00 TOTAL OTD: $18,825.95   I got the price from an ad they ran in last Friday's paper. 2 other dealers ran an ad with the same price +/- $100. This is my 5th car from this dealer in the last 5 years, and the 2nd in 3 months (both Civics). Plus they had the color I wanted. Regular rates on AHFC financing.   Off topic: Has anyone been to a dealer where a computer generates the sales contract instead of having the salesman write it up by hand? Or have the leasing or financing contract generated by computer instead of typing on a pre-printed form?Why is the "paperwork" part of the purchasing process the same as it was 15 years ago?
