Seriously, if you are in the market for a Civic, you might want to move quickly.   Not a pretty picture on inventory and getting worse by the day.

Sales tax in va is around 3.5%.   At 21,3 I would just hold out until production meets demand. That is just way to much to pay for a civic. I would think you could get an LX accord OTD for that much?   -fish

I just snagged a 2008 Civic Coupe LX automatic in Atomic Blue in L.A. for 16,400. OTD was 17,992. and I got Honda's 1.9 financing for 36 months. I think I done good.
