Replying to: ozzyny1 (Dec 28, 2007 3:43 pm) I'm in upstate NY as well, Binghamton, and am interested in what dealers you worked with and which one you ended up with and how you got your great price. I'm looking for an LX Manual Transmission. I've just started looking and have one initial email quote for 16,400 from a Syracuse dealer. Any info would be a big help. Thanks, Scott |

Bought my '06 LX sedan AT from Maroone in Hollywood back in June of '06for about $17,000. but also had that dealer fee which they refused to negotiate on. Hear that Rick Case is even higher and don't even go near Coral Springs!! Nice car so ended up just paying the fees, as another Sentra or Corolla were ot of the question and the Elantra just didn't appeal to me. Now my oldest girl wants an Elantra...go figure. Wife already drives a Mazda 3s With 12k on the odo now, can honestly say that I still love the car and am pleased with this decision and hopefully will keep it into retirement which will be anytime between 1/11 and 11/15 at this point. Am the primary driver on the car so should make it easily. Great car! The Sandman |

I'm in the Atlanta, GA area withTax rate of 7%. I started inquiring prices for Honda 2008 Civic LX 4-Dr Sedan Auto at the near end of December. The lowest written quote I got was for $18084 OTD price. Working with another Dealer, they verbally quoted me $17,700 OTD. My target is $17,500 OTD. I'm now considering a used 2007 Honda Civic EX 4-Dr Auto (milage: 21000 manly highway miles) with Navigation and 100k Miles Honda Warranty for $17,500. I have seen the car and its in great condition. What do you guys think, is it a good deal?

I've been looking to purchase a Honda Civic EX when I came across a dealer who I negotiated a price of $17400 (including doc fee and destination)for a used Honda Civic EX 2007. It does not have the navigation system, but it does only have 8500 miles on it. Also, the previous owner bought it in May 2007 so the car is very much like new. Is this a good deal? Thanks!

Hi : Just purchased 07 Civic Ex w/Navi. 2400 miles, Certified, $18,000, car titled new July, CLEAN. Made the dealer an offer, telling Them upfront, its a used car, take it or leave it!!!! The internet makes it a level playing field for the buyer, can see what dealer has what, & bargain accordingly. Some dealers want to squeeze for every penny, some dealers make it on low prices, & VOLUME!!! jpl
