Have been very happy going to Exclusively Subaru in Ontario, CA. They have fixed a couple of issues I had with rattles in my car, and were friendly about it too! Just had to add that.

21 Bell Subaru (21st Street and Bell Road in northeast Phoenix). Great folks, lots of experience, down-to-earth, friendly and most of all -- trustworthy!!!   Sales folks have been stellar, too! All around great experience so far.   -KarenM in AZ-

I have been having my '96 Outback serviced for the last 2 years at Town Motors in Englewood N.J. just over the George Washington Bridge from where I live in Manhattan. I have found Greg the Subaru Service Rep. to be polite, forthcoming and informative and the work has been done in a timely fashion. They are also a AAA affiliated facility. For those of you who get service at Subaru of Santa Cruz, you might want to know that with their new dealership remodel, they have not only workdesks for their customers with LAN and analog phone jacks and power, but WiFi as well.   It makes it a lot more attractive to hang out here and be productive while your car is being serviced!   Kate and Jim -- you guys would love this!   Ken Replies to this message: dcm61 (Jul 29, 2004 11:05 am)
