Replying to: cherokeelmt (Dec 06, 2002 7:50 pm) Hello:   I bought my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Lynnfield as well and they were okay as far as sales and service (oil changes); however, I was really surprised to see your comment RE:the loaner as there have, unfortunately, been times when there was a defect w/my Jeep and they wouldn't give me a loaner and they were pretty rude about the whole situation. It's interesting...I mean, my car overheated and I was stranded on the South Shore and they wouldn't help me out at all during the repair. I have since decided to go to a local body shop for all my service as it's not worth it to pay the extra $ and not even get that extra service.
