anyone can tell me how and what are the proper way/s to use the gear (shift-tronic) is there any certain speed to use this, need some info from a regular user of Santa Fe, thanks

These are some photos of the self installed hitch and all necessary wiring. This is a AWD SE touring+ultimate, powder white pearl. We will be towing a tent trailer 1800lbs.
