It appears that this would be a sale for a 2006. I think they are really trying to deal on last years models as the 2007s are getting top the show room.

You should be able to finance with whomever you like. You will have to produce some form of proof that you currently own a hyundai to get the owner loyalty rebate and probably the same with the other rebates as well.

Price for Santa Fe GLS (7 Pass) in British Columbia, Canada by rlclark1

I went to my local Hyundai dealer and want a Santa Fe GLS 7 pass. This is the top of the line edition in Canada which has all features for $35,995 CND MSRP (For my offer I went at $33,000 CND, expecting a counter offer). I pushed about the MSRP which caused the General Manager to come and talk with me who kindly asked that I leave if I wasn't going to be reasonable with my pricing...

They then called me about 30 mins after I left. When I went in to bargain they flat out refused to move from the MSRP still but would go below cost on accessories. I had select about $2,200 CND in accessories which was given at $1,000 CND.

Also I have a trade in (a 2000 Civic SiR in perfect condition which they've offered $11,000, which is common I had it appraised by other dealers at that price).

Does this seem at all reasonable to not move on the MSRP? I didn't present the trade till long after we talked about the Santa Fe price. Also, for the asking to leave still surprizes me for a lack of customer service.

Just bought a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe 2WD Limited yesterday by skyfaye

I have been looking for a 2007 Santa Fe AWD Limited with 3rd row seat for a while now in the bay area, California without any luck. The one I bought has everything I want except it's 2WD instead of AWD. I bought the car at Doten Automotive Hyundai in Richmond's Auto Plaza. The fleet department there is having a "$1000 under invoice sale" this month (October). The price they gave me after the "discount" was actually Edmund's invoice ($28,813). After applying my $500 voucher that I got from a Hyundai rep at a festival, the final price came down to $28,313 + TTL. I have driven it for half a day now and is loving every minute of it.

Here's the car's detail info

I got the coupon at Chinese Moon Festival Celebration in Cupertino, CA. They were displaying their cars and I saw the Santa Fe. I told the Hyundai rep there that I'm very interested in the car and she gave me a $500 voucher good for the 2007 Santa Fe and one other car. The voucher was good for October 2007 only. I think if you go any events where there are Hyundai rep displaying their cars, they would give away these vouchers. They just ask you for your driver's license info and phone number. This is a manufacturing voucher so you give it to the dealer after you finished negotiating the price and then the dealer will subtract it from the negotiated price. What my dealer did was treat it as a Hyundai rebate.

Ready to Make A Deal... by sirvagabond

Here's one offer I just got from a dealer for an AWD Limited, with sunroof.
Stickers around 29.5k Taxes/License OTD price... $30k. Am I a fool to think I can get WAY better?!?

Also, unfortunately, my slate blue/beige interior trim wont be out for another 6-8weeks. Or so the fleet manager says to me (think he may be blowin' smoke). Also wanted a 4 day retainer to get the car from his 'buddy' at another dealership who trades wit no one else. All smells a bit fishy to me....

I think you can get a better price. Look at ebay---there is a brand new 2007 Santa Fe Limited with touring pkg (3nd row) in the low $25's. I would consider this one but I don't like the color at all--beige. I printed that out as a tool to use on my local dealer. I hoping to get in one by December (a lot of crossovers coming out in November--hopefully the Hyundai dealerships will be slow)---they have 3 limiteds with 3nd row that have been sitting at their lot for over 2 mos!!! Hope that goes my way! Good luck!

Yeah thats a good point. I wouldn't be at all suprised that in December, dealerships wilk be more hard up for sales and offer better deals than now. But truthfully, I can't wait till then. My current auto is barely hanging on, like the Italian Stallion at the end of Rocky II.

Thats a pretty clever gimmick, the Ebay printout, too. Never thought of that. Although, I cant imagine a lot of dealers biting on that, in that it's a private party sell. But who knows.

My dealer is currently looking for my colors accross the country, none to be found....yet. But Im looking to get OTD for around 28k. I would consider that a good deal.

Thanks, and good luck to you too.

I'm in the same boat! My 1993 Ford Exporer has 180,000 miles--the brakes are going out, the transmission is acting up ---I'm just hoping it will last until Dec!
FYI--the Hyundai on ebay is from a dealership.

Try fitzmall.

They are selling them for $300 under dealer invoice or about $2,200 under MSRP.
