Replying to: air2karl (Sep 24, 2009 5:23 am) I hope prices drop for October because I know all the dealerships in NJ have had a terrible September. I also won't buy a second until there is a significant increase in dealer cash or rebate or loyalty rebate, etc. |

Replying to: shivelyt (Sep 18, 2009 4:23 pm) Local dealerships here in the northeast have told me that the Hyundai plant in Alabama is still sending 09 models and that the 2010 models will not come out until 2010 sometime. I know in my area there are still 09's coming in and a lot still around. |

Replying to: moml111 (Sep 27, 2009 4:33 am) MSRP was $29,885 OTD was $25,706 That includes license, title, sales tax, destination fee, doc fee, everything. The only thing not included in that number was my actual trade in. I had an old clunker. The Cary dealership offered me $300. They Fayetteville dealership offered $1000. So my final price was actually $24,706 I didn't haggle at all. I almost choked when they said my trade-in was good for $1000. I would've been happy with $600. Good luck with your purchase and let me know how it goes for you. We love our new car!

I have a quote of $29,000 for a 2009 SF LTD AWD V6, touring w/ rear seat entertainment, MSRP of ~$35K. The $29K price reflects $2,000 cash back. Seems like gas assurance is no longer available. Is this a good price? I am looking for a car relatively soon and will gratefully appreciate any guidance. |

Looking at 2009 Sante Fe SE FWD with added option package (heated seats, etc). So far we have offers of $3,922 and $4,372 off of MSRP going through AAA website. That includes the current $2,500 cash back. Please post any offers or final deals in terms of $$ off MSRP so that we can all try and compare the current climate for deals. FYI - I'm in NE Ohio. |

Walked in to Roseville Hyundai and test drove a GLS last night. The sales guy threw out 18k as we were leaving. Sacbee ads listed 19.5k. They have a TON of stock, many limited trims. They can't even give these away. No 2010s yet. Depreciation hurts, with many used 2008s listing near 15k with moderate miles. But if you keep the car forever, it's a bargain. Hope this helps.
